CATHY ROBINSON, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: As Director of the WA-ID Volunteer Center, Cathy is responsible for a variety of duties, such as: applying for and securing both federal and non-federal grant money enabling our Volunteer Center to exist financially. Cathy is responsible for all fundraising projects, including the Lewis-Clark Summer Games, the Health & Fitness Fair, and numerous other fundraising endeavors which change from year to year. She also manages two part-time employees and oversees the supervision of over 600 volunteers in six counties (Asotin and Garfield in the state of Washington and NezPerce, Latah, Lewis, and Clearwater in the state of Idaho).
TERESA WEATHERBY, BOOKKEEPER: Teresa’s duties include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, prompt and accurate grant financial reporting, preparing monthly financial reports for our Board of Directors and quarterly and semi-annual reports for various funding agencies. She also takes the lead in planning, organizing and managing our annual Health & Fitness Fair and assists with all other fundraisers and activities throughout the year.
SUSAN HARRIS, VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR: Susan is responsible for the recruitment and placement of all volunteers who come to the Volunteer Center looking to help within their community. She is also responsible for maintaining current M.O.U’s with the nonprofit agencies we serve. Susan directly oversees the America Reads program. She maintains contact with our volunteers to ensure their satisfaction with their volunteer placement. Susan maintains and updates the volunteer database and assists with fundraisers and other activities throughout the year.
